Fasting Preparation: Core Reset

It’s time to instill a cyclical fasting routine into my life once again.

I’m going to share with you what that experience is like from a personal level while inviting you to join me on this journey if you are magnetically called to do so. This is not medical advice, only sharing.

Why fasting?

The benefits of fasting are enormous. If this is a new subject for you, please take time to understand the physiological boost this practice can have on your longevity.

Basically, when you are fasting (water only, nothing with a calorie), the body will take you through a series of repair modes depending on the length of the fast.

Beyond cellular/DNA repair and stimulation of growth hormone (longevity), fasting creates an opportunity for all kinds of resets within the body systems as well as the calibration of mental energy and emotional regulation. This is clarity from the inside out, anchored into core.

The impulse to begin fasting at this time is relating to the desire for a clear reset into my core soul essence. While many aspects of my life are changing, the core is intact, in tune with the sacred and ready for the next big wave.

In this perspective on fasting, I am really getting into the energetic, energenetics and epigenetics!

Fasting will bring up all that is ready to be cleared from your system. It’s very compatible with shadow work and biofield tuning, or any other type of energy bodywork that is going to modulate the template of your electromagnetic field.

Tuning into Fasting Preparations

TRANSCRIPTION OF AUDIO RECORDING

The topic of this recording is all about fasting. And so today I am beginning to prepare myself to get into a deep fast for probably a minimum of 24 hours. I’d really like to get into 36 or 48 hours. And so this recording is about the preparation process that I’m going to be going through. What I’m experiencing in my body as I’m starting to just prepare mentally prepare my mind, my body and everything coming into a centered position before going into something like a long fast.

And so I’m using tuning forks for the first time while getting into the whole experience. And so we’ll start with that. And as I just sit and listen to the tuning forks, I’m basically just starting a conversation with my body that’s saying fast. Is it time? Is this a good time to fast? Are we ready to fast? And I’ve already been feeling into that for probably a week at least getting ready to do this fasting routine again. And so there’s this grace period, this gradual coming into conjunction and alignment with the process. And so I find that it’s better if I’m gentle with myself and give lots of space in time to acclimate into a fast. There are certain things that I’m preparing myself for.

And for myself, one of the biggest areas that I encounter initially with maintaining a fast is the morning coffee. So my morning coffee, although I’m not into the sugar into it, but I do like cream and definitely cream would be something that would break a fast because it has calories. And so when I think about getting ready to go into a fast, my stomach starts to feel like butterflies in my stomach, almost like I’m standing over something and about to fall into. It’s like it’s like anticipation underneath anxiety mixed in with a little bit of excitement.

And since I’ve been on fasts before, there is a familiarity that I’m coming into where the body, that is kind of a response from the body that’s kind of doing a kind of a spin. So it’s also like that sensation of the empty stomach, really. You get kind of weird feelings in the stomach. When you’re hungry and you go through these different shifts in the body as it transitions into different types of energy usage for fuel. And so when the blood sugar drops and then they stored sugars are tapped out and so you can really feel into those different processes as you go through them. And so I think that what I’m sensing initially is just this, that anticipation like right before you’re about to maybe go on a some type of shamanic journey or something and you’re going to be taking in plant medicine. Your body kind of goes through its own way of integrating and transitioning through these different processes.

So there is a little bit of delicacy involved here and knowing the body and knowing how long to actually go into the fast and that’s going to be different foreach person. So I don’t generally like to put a tight rule on that for myself. You can start developing an awareness of hunger and letting in that how that is a wave expression in your body. The trigger, the response to or the hunger signal is a hormone, ghrelin. And so it does come in a wave. It rises and says you need to eat. Nothing, it doesn’t happen or maybe you take a drink of water or you put some electrolytes and there are doing some water and move on to do something else. And then that response will wane and it kind of comes and goes and comes and goes really strong until the sugar is gone. And it generally takes like that 24 hours. And by the second day into the second day, the hunger does, the hunger signaling does stop. And at that point, there’s this boost of energy because your body is then fully transitioning into breaking down fat and turning that into ketones through the liver and that becomes a type of fuel that actually can cross the blood brain barrier and even energize the brain and you become more alert and aware, heightened sensory experience. This is because that is the natural response to help you prepare to find food.

But that is the clarity that can come through. And if you can remain steady in the fast through that initial sugar burning process, then you can start tapping into some of these deeper benefits of the fast. And that is getting into cellular repair and resetting hormone signaling. receptor sites.

And when I prepare to go on to a fast part of that process is mentally preparing. And that is kind of refreshing my knowledge about the benefits of fasting so that when that moment comes, because it will, where you question what you’re doing, your body will try to panic you for a moment, but really it is quite a natural process for the body to undergo periods of fasting. And abstinence from food, it does, it just gives your body a chance to reset and clean out toxins, cleaning out through the detox pathways.

And it is a holistic response to healing happening from the cellular level. Blood, oxygen, everything on the inside, but then also your mind, your connection to spirit, and emotional regulation. If you go into a fasting protocol with sort of a half fire about it, like a half interest, or a half or a, you know, it may not sustain you for a long time. It might get you through an intermittent period of time between meals, which is great benefits as well. And that might be where you start.

But there is definitely some resolve of the mind that happens with fasting, where you encounter moments of where the mind is really what will carry you through that the hunger, but not just the hunger, it’s not just the hunger at some point, it becomes just the desire to eat, the pleasure of eating. When the hunger goes away, it’s a different type of desire to eat. And so your mind is going to try to convince you of eating to survive.

And then that is going to be the threshold where you are going to strengthen the mind with spiritual food. And constantly connecting to the point, not as to tap into these reserves of energy, to free that up in the body so that it can burn up potential. Is using creative energy in your life. And so if you want to experience radical growth and then locking of that potential that’s been stored away, suppressed and reserves, then you might try fasting, give it a whirl, get some support.

You have a lot to consider before doing this if you’re new to it. If you have a family in your home, especially there is a lot to consider about your environment and those who are, if they rely on you for providing those nourishing family meals at night, that’s something you’ll have to prepare ahead of time. It’s interesting how it does affect the rest of the family environment when one person takes on the fast, especially if you’re the main sort of like meal maker, you know, it’s interesting. So you want to be considerate of others in that sense. Make sure that even though you may be extending, that those who normally look to you for that care, insistence, are still getting it or have some other arrangements made for them.

So fasting is an opportunity to reset on multiple levels. It’s really kind of getting into a video that I’m about to make about the core and resetting at the core, the self and the soul. So if you’ve been looking for a way to get reconnected to that place within yourself, that sense of embodiment, soul embodiment, really being aligned with purpose and intention, having it clear signal, all the way down into the souls of your feet, then you might want to follow my blog, check out my YouTube channel, just kind of starting out making these videos, having fun with that, and you may enjoy this process as well.

Just really feel so strongly that this is the time for us all to be embodied and be present and be ready for whatever is coming next and have all of this drag and static and inhibitions or anywhere where we’re feeling caught up in some kind of illusion about the self needs to be dissolved.

That’s what fasting can do. That’s what tuning, biofield tuning can help you with or other types of therapies. There’s so many ways to come into contact with your own wellness and what that means to you. It’s explorative. So there’s the inward journey, the centripetal journey, and then there’s the radiance. That you express.

So thanks for listening in on this little audio blob drop, and I look forward to sharing more with you as I go through this journey myself. Have a beautiful day, beautiful week, and I’ll be with you soon.
